My local paper often doesn’t have the RP insert when it is supposed to be in that week’s paper. Is that unusual? Do different areas of the country not get certain inserts? (I live in SC)

Coupons do vary by region!
I didn’t get the RP either! We are in AL.
We get the RP insert but sometimes a particular coupon is not in there. We’re in KS.
