I am getting the free shipping only on items that are shipped from Sears (not sure how to tell where they ship from) and I am not seeing the 20% off on anything (clearance or otherwise).
I was able to get the free shipping using the code, but the 20% did not come off. I’m happy to say I emailed customer service and they VERY QUICKLY replied and credited the 20%! I checked my online banking and it showed up already. I urge everyone who used the code to email Sears CS and kindly ask for the 20%. I was impressed with the speed & ease.
