TJ Maxx Layaway Policy:

The TJ Maxx Layaway program is not offered at all stores. Head over here and look for the locations that are marked with a clothes hanger icon.

• 10% Down
• $5 Service Fee
• Must be paid and pick up within 30 days
• Not all items qualify for layaway (check with your store)
